Finding your inner peace - both phyically in your body and mentally in your mind is a great gift to yourself and an investment in your life!


Amy Jane Williams, MA LCMHC LPC has her own mental health therapy practice Amy Williams Wellness and she has trained in person to learn Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.  Amy is also a certified Natural Mindfulness Guide and a yoga practitioner RYT-200.


This online workshop includes:


* a valuable worksheet on what mindfulness is, which also includes:

* why it can be harder for some people to find their inner peace,

* a process of living into a more mindful you,

* a questionnaire/quiz to get to know yourself better when creating a mindfulness practice that works,

* a short informational video on how to use the quiz results to get centered!

* a Wanda Petunia wisdom card deck!  What??? Yes, it's true :)
