You'll receive:


a questionaire to complete before the session that will clarify your physical, emotional and spiritual needs.


Then, Amy will work with you to choose a few yoga practices (asana and meditation) you can enjoy and sustain. You will receive a Zoom session and a specific practice to begin from where you are now.  This practice will be tailored to you and your needs and availability!


Amy Jane Williams is a licensed therapist and RYT-200.  Amy has practiced yoga and mindfulness herself and loves to bring Wanda Petunia wisdom into the experience!!


All sessions via Zoom or outside!
