I will help you add these great practices to your self-care tool kit for your emotional, spiritual and physical needs.
You'll receive:
a questionaire to complete before the session.
Then, Amy will work with you in a 45 minute Zoom session to help with a specific practice to begin from where you are now. This practice will be tailored to you and is coaching not therapy.
All sessions via Zoom!
Amy Jane Williams, MA LCMHC LPC RYT-200 is a licensed therapist, registered yoga teacher and natural mindfulness guide. She has also taken Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction training. Amy has practiced mindfulness, EFT, yoga and aromatherapy herself and loves to bring Wanda Petunia wisdom into the experience!!
