How to Have Meaningful Conversation

Is it just me, or does it seem like people don't know how to talk to each other?


Everyone has their opinion, and for the most part they want to keep it.


Being open-hearted and open-minded leads to more meaningful conversations. It's also important to be able to communicate our beliefs, values, and ideas in clear and helpful ways. We want to create positive change, right?


I hope you'll join me, and Amy as we spend the rest of 2020 focusing on how to be in conversations that heal. There will be two gently structured events - with inspired exercises, homework that's helpful and healing connection with others who care too.


First, this summer we'll be sharing 8 weekly podcasts and conversations you can join.


This will start June 20th and in 8 weekly episodes we will explore self-care, self-love and sharing love.


You can dialogue with me and others in the Wanda Petunia Book Club about these topics. This is a private Facebook group.

Second, in the fall we are launching a new 5-week program that helps strengthen your rainbow heart.


A rainbow heart is a heart that's been broken, but healed through self-love.


A rainbow heart can then share love with others from a place of understanding, connection and caring, not judgement and separation.
